CFT!
Did the CrossFit total today, wonky back and all. I KNOW I have more to give, especially in the squat.
Squat 160kg
Shoulder press 70kg
Dead lift 160kg
Total 390kg/859,8lb
57min
Some sessions for the log.
Right.. My back has been a bit wonky for a few years, probably stemming all the way back to my military carrer but it has always been more os less manageable. I lose power (and gain pain) in certain positions, such as halfway up a dead lift rep. Anyway, since my miserable attempts at front squats the other day my back has been FUBARed, så I’ve been doing real light training.

Bench-centric, pretty much body building style since I couldn’t leverage my back into the lift, which was super strange for me. did 4x12@60kg after a light warm up. Continued working everything from the shoulders and out - only instead of standing like I usually do I did most of it seated and really concentrated on isolation which is very much new to me.
All in all 70 min.

Again bench centric, more or less same WO as 16, only heavier and with fewer reps as my back is getting better. Main set was 12-10-3-1-1 @ 60-80-90-100-100kg.
45 min.
Hey guys. Made a quick vid of the main site WOD for today. I SUCK at front squats, just look at the vid..
I heard about this new product from Nike just yesterday and my first thought was, “wow that looks cool.” My second, “what does it do?” And finally, “what the hell?”So apparently this thing uses a proprietary Nike developed algorithm to determine your NikeFuel. It uses “oxygen kinetics”…
I like the idea and the concept, but the technology and execution… just what the shit. Like you said, random numbers.. I’d like to see Suunto or Polar och Garmin do something like this only with actual function.
WOD(S)
1: Ice skating, 10,4km/1h8min.. With dog.
2: Squat, 5x5, went with 110kg as I felt kinda fucked up in my back. Finished with some shoulder work. 1h5min
